This slut has been trying to get in better shape for his next football/soccer season, a couple months away. He has been trying to work out and eat better, but has failed so far. Slut needs someone to order him what he can and can't do.

Ideas include: Slut may not eat this, may not drink this, must eat this, can only eat this amount, when slut works out he must wear this, or slut most do (X number) of (excercise) or will be punished.

Slut also requests that if he breaks the rules, he be punished severely, whether it be a food, exercise or sexual punishment.

Slut will send picture proof of anything required to be done

Post in this thread whenever you break a rule.

Do 200 situps a week, at least two meals a day must contain vegetables.

You must drink at least 64 fl oz of water everyday.

You must do 20 pushups and 20 jumping jacks daily.
