[Group] probability game with different dares.

This game consist of several rounds.
Every round following steps have to be done
1) Choose "lead" player randomly
2) Lead tell dare to whole group.
3) Every player except lead write "probability".
4) Generate random number for players except lead using this link
https://www.random.org/decimal-fractions/
(you can use other tools with same function)
5) If number generated for player is less than probability written by him/her, player have to do dare.
6) If average probability written by players exceeds 0.1, leader have to do his/her dare.

Comments:
1) If there are both males and females in group, balance bias can occure.

Example. PLayers A,B,C,D. ROlling bottle direct on player A, she is lead.
A tell dare: strip nude in front of all players.

B write probability 0.2
C want not do it at all, she write probability 0
D write probability 0.4

generate random numbers
B gets 0.1324<0.2 => B have to strip nude
C gets 0.54354>0
D gets 0.78217>0.4

Average probability (0.2+0+0.4)/3=0.2>0.1 => A have to strip nude.
