Help me get diaper rash!!!

So, for some crazy reason, on sunday, August 20th, I want to find out if it's possible to develop diaper rash in 6 hours. I only have 6 hours because I only play when the wife is away.
I will be saving up pee in a bottle a few days before, and I will refrain from pooping for at least 24 hours, eating big meals. At the start of the 6 hours, I will be inserting 4 suppositories and diapering up. 3 plastic backed tape on diapers, followed by as many pullups as possible, aiming for 10.
Once I poop, I will be pouring the pee in the inner diaper.
I need to know how I can develop rash in 6 hours. If I don't have a rash, I will have to shove my face in the inner diaper for 20 minutes.
Please help me figure out how to get a rash!

Soak the diapers in water before you start. The less moisture it can absorbe, the more it'll be around your body.

It depends somewhat on how sensitive your skin is. But its very unlikely you'll get a diaper rash just from poo/pee inside of 6 hours. Most diaper rashes are really just skin irritation, and clear up easily. But bad rashes, or what you are probably thinking of, are probably yeast or fungal infections that can really mess your skin up + require a doctor to look at. Those take a while to develop properly, and you'll have trouble explaining any of them to the wife, so your goal is probably unobtainable.

I'll say a couple of rather bad ideas anyway, in increasing order of "could really mess you up, not recommended for 6 hours". Mostly from my own endeavors to see what can cause a rash:

Mess up your skin beforehand. Take a rough towel, or better yet a sponge or the like and scrub your nether regions really hard beforehand. If you rub off the protective outer layers of skin, you're much more likely to get additional skin irritation from being in a wet/messy diaper.

In a similar vein, use an exfoliant or harsh soap on your nethers. This can do the same sort of thing, and depending on sensitivities, your skin may get a rash just from being in contact with harsh soaps for a while.

Ammonia is what helps break up skin and is the big ingredient in urine that causes irritation. Combined with feces where various nasties come from is basically the recipe for bad rashes. Letting urine set is unlikely to make more ammonia though, as I understand it. However, it's a readily available chemical base (think acid). A chemical that will literally give you chemical burns. Diluting it appropriately and pouring it into a diaper would almost certainly result in a diaper rash. But not getting the dilution matched appropriately to your skin on a given day would probably result in a chemical burn (honestly basically the same thing). Making this probably one of the stupider things you could do to your nether regions that doesn't involve hot iron/knives.
