I have worked out naked many times privately in my home gym, which is in my garage. I don't open the garage door, but there are small windows in it and one time the mailman walked right past them while I was lifting weights naked. I don't think he saw me though.

I once worked out naked in the gym of the apartment complex I lived in many years ago. It was late at night, but the gym was well-lit and had floor to ceiling windows on two sides that made me potentially visible to a number of apartments or anyone walking by. I only did the stair-stepper for 10 minutes while naked, but it was a hell of a rush!

I've worked out at home naked several times, but it's sometimes distracting due to the nakedness. When you're naked doing all sorts of exercises, you're suddenly very aware of your dick - or at least I am.

As far as sports go, I've only played badminton in the buff (in public).

I remember a while ago talking about being nude in a gym. One girl replied that she was daring to work out in a hotel gym nude. It sounds fun.

Not sure if this counts but to join the soccer team at my high school the new players had to do naked laps.
and when we would do skirmishes the losing team would have to strip and head to the locker room that way, only the new recruits though
kind of our hazing I suppose

One fantasy I've had is a forced workout at a public gym after hours, where all my clothes are taken away at the beginning, and every exercise where I meet the target reps and weight earns me a piece of clothing back. Also, the whole workout is recorded, and if the overall workout meets set requirements, the video isn't distributed.
