Cornertime App Issues

Hi! I keep trying to use the cornertime app everyone uses on here and I'll put my name in and set everything up and then hit the ask for punishment button and the "Starting in" screen comes up with two dashes below it but no numbers and it doesn't do anything after. Am I doing something wrong?
