I think it's enjoyable but I have to stop at slaps, punching gets to much for me and I'm kind of scared of permanent damages. It's enjoyable, to some degree, and I don't find icy/hot to be arousing or enjoyable in any way...

Got to be honest, I don't understand it and don't know how guys do it (thinking about ball busting mainly) especially some of the tasks I've seen! Some of them seem crazy, like slamming toilet seat on them, dropping large books, or just very large amounts of hits.

As far as CBT goes,

CBT is a hard subject (no pun intended). I am very much intrigued by it, although I don't have much experience and it's very easy to get out of hand.

There's pretty big variety in the type of CBT. It's a whole subgenre of kink, if you will.

I think I would be open to try all of the following:

- Gentle or medium-hard slaps to balls or shaft
- Squeezing
- Moderate ball 'crushing'
- Ball stretching
- Sounding (probing into the urethra)
- Milking
- Electro
- Tacks
