Maybe you can add multipliers respectively "Difficulty - Levels" to solve the time problem :)

For Example:

Beginner: each time x1 and each glass x1
Advanced: each time x2 and each glass x1
Expert: each time x3 and each glass x2

Drink two glasses of water and re-roll immediately.

Drink half a glass of water and remove your knickers/ panties/ boxers/ briefs. Wait for four minutes and then roll again.

Drink a glass of water and re-roll in 5 minutes.
