Drink your least favorite drinks. Drink 250 mL every other hour for an entire day. The hours you don't drink, must be spent exercising or listening to water sounds. Do it for 20 minutes within the hour.

Drink 500 mL of tea/water an hour. So drink 1L total an hour. Do that 2 times. Hold for 4 more hours. You can't cross your legs or hold with your hands...

So, first get hose 1L bottles of water, get around 3 of those. Put them in a bag or someone similar. Immediately drink 1 bottle and take the other two with you. Walk around your town for a bit. 1 hour later, drink another bottle. Walk around some more. Another hour later, drink the last bottle. Now, you must run home, and run back out to find another bathroom in public.
