Roll a 6 sided dice and that is the number you have to put in your tightest panties or any underwear that you dont mind getting dirty. Then find a hard floor that is easily cleanable and sit down making sure to break all of them.

Sit there for a few minutes (you decide) and then get up and clean up the mess before cleaning yourself.

Same as what kleid223 said but try NOT to break them and go about your normal daily business. If you do break any give yourself a punishment or ask for one on here.

Wear very night pants. In the morning. Put two eggs in the cove of your ass crack. NOT right in there. Go about your daily business without cracking them, what ever you do. You can't clean until 12 hours after putting them in there.

take off the shell.
insert the egg up your ass.
