Movies
I am just curious, I am an avid movie watcher. What is your favorite "chick flick" movie of all time?
I am always looking for other movies about love and romance that I have not seen. I love any "chick flicks" with love and romance. If I had to choose a favorite, I'd chose The Longest Ride because I can relate with Sophia (Britt Robertson) and her experience throughout the movie. I guess this question is mainly aimed at females but males if you have seen any romantic movies, feel free to answer what your favorite was! XOXOXO
Love Lia

One movie i love is Stardust but not sure if you would count that as a chick-flick tho even tho it has romance in it.

I am not sure whether the following movies are 'chick flick' movies or not. But maybe you like them, maybe not though.
• The Fault in Our Stars. • If I Stay. • Her. Not chick flick I guess, still good romance. • Two Night Stand. Maybe chick flick. • The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Maybe, again. • Frequencies. • 50 First Dates. Somehow got the feeling that none of these movies are chick flick romances. xD • Juno. Not very romantic, though. • Hitch. No chick flick. By the way, I ran out of movies to watch a while back ago. Maybe you have some suggestions also, regardless of the genre. Just some movies you think I have not seen before. Edit: I just found out that I had to give my favorite romantic movie lol. There are so many good ones, but I guess Warm Bodies is one of my favorites. Or at the very least, I watched this one several times, though I have seen other romance movies that are better.

I like Friends With Benefits. Probably not a chick-flick but I just like the movie a lot because they're cute as fuck.

I can't say I've really watched any chick flicks, considering I'm a guy.
Maybe: The original Dirty Dancing: Not really sure that's a chick flick though. I also saw Pride and Prejudice on tv about a week ago. That may not be considered a chick flick either, it's mostly about an 18th century family and all their daughters getting married. It has some romance in it, but the other person in the room couldn't figure out what was going on half the time.

Well, I'm not sure about the term 'chick flick', but I'm down for some romance.
Dirty Dancing is top of the pile, for me, and Pretty Woman. Both have pretty killer soundtracks, too. I'd also put down Princess Bride and True Romance, though they may be a bit left field. |

Not a movie, but the six part miniseries Pride and Prejudice (the one from 1995) was really good and very romantic! I watched it recently and was pleasantly surprised.
I'm a sucker for One Fine Day, with George Clooney and Michelle Pfeiffer. Just... very romantic and fun! Less 'chick flick'-y, but also very romantic is the movie Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Bittersweet though! And not at all your typical romance movie. |

The listed of chick flicks is a big one. You have so many levels that are great movies and alot of guys have watched too.
I will have to say, that "Titanic" was that great movie. From that start of romance, adventure, love, discovered, and the sadness of death. Plus, that great mixer of soundtrack and that touch of true love to the end. What a movie. Then the movie "Coyote Ugly." A great fun movie with laugher, dreams, goals, butt.

Atonement. It's probably the saddest, most romantic story I have ever seen. One of the few movies I've ever seen that was as good as the book.
