Default I've Been Lazy With My Excercises

So as the title said I haven't been really doing the exercises that I should be doing. I believe I'm a little overweight so if any of you have any thing you'd like me to do each night after my sport please list it below. I'll be doing 3 or 4 straight hours a night until I'm very sore. I don't have any equipment as of now however I have (old school) Wii with Wii sports and the biggest loser game. Please feel free to also add punishments and feel free to make a diet plan if you'd like.

So first off get naked then put something in your vaginas preferably a vibrator
Then hold a squat for 15 mind each time the item falls out you must restart if you fail to hold yourself up you must edge 10 times and restart

Plan your exercise in advance of actually doing it, and write it down somewhere.

Edge every morning and evening, before your scheduled exercise. If you've been good and done your exercises for 7 days running, then you can cum afterwards. If not, another edge.

You're welcome. Depending on how well it works, you might need to add a punishment (rather than a lost reward) of a spanking every time you miss exercise. And that 7 days can always be increased to 10, 14 days if you're too inconsistent.

Use the dildo and edge. The dildo should be wet with your juices. Do push ups with the dildo on the ground, taking it into your mouth with each one (if the dildo has a base. If not, hold it with your mouth). With each pushup, your lips should move from the tip to the deepest you can take it. Do as many as you can and keep count. Take a short break (10 minute max). Do more pushups the same way, but hold yourself at the lowest height for one second, then two seconds, three, etc, until you reach the number of pushups you did the first time. If you succeed, you get to cum. If you let yourself drop before completing it, you must edge the same number of times as the number of pushups you had left. Then you can cum. Minimum of 20 pushups, though preferably more.
