For one year you have to make a video journal. Every time you want to cum you have to film you self peeing on your face first, after you did this you have to save the video (with date, time, feelings while doing it and description of what you have done in particular), only after you did all of this you are allowed to cum.

Every time you need to pee at home, you have to throw a dice ... a die ... .. throw what ever the singular form of dice is. The diced decides if you can or cannot do what you have to do:

1. Pee, but sit on the toilet backwards
