I would... I have... and it is, even unplanned. The trick is for the "victim" to have on bottoms that are not too tight. skinny jeans are a definite no go.

I have pantsed a few friends and been pantsed myself many times .It is a rush and the trick is to take as long as you can to get your pants back up giving everyone a good look .
