One of the people I was talking to on Kik (someone who found me here, but I'm honestly not sure what their GetDare is at all) is trying to force me into things or leak my nudes with my face in them - I trusted him because he was absolutely fine at first but now he's just a dick that wants to leak everything and doesn't care that a limit changed and I'm fucking scared and I don't know what to do

He's honestly ruined the entire experience for me and I don't even know if I want to be part of this community anymore I'm so terrified
the kik username itself is cb7322 and his Snapchat is avacados1029 in case anyone finds it necessary/useful to help avoid him

Do you know if he lives in the same country?
If not that dramatically decreases the chances for him to have any influence on you with these leaks since no one will be there to watch them

Traditional blackmail is very much a catch-22 situation, leaving the victim with two bad choices.
1) Provide the blackmailer with more blackmail material.
or
2) Call their bluff and allow them to follow through on whatever they are threatening to do.

...And the more you choose '1', the worse option '2' becomes. Self reinforcing cycle and all that. I think that is part of the appeal of it for the people on this board looking for 'consensual' blackmail - that they can't chicken out easily and have to go through with whatever they promised to do.

As I understand it, the best damage limitation strategy is just to own it.

So don't be afraid of making it clear that if he does post anything without your consent that there will be police involvement. You might not be able to resolve IP addresses etc, but you can bet your ass the police can.

I don't know any of the backstory so can't really comment on the specifics. I expect someone with more knowlege / experience of such things than me will be along soon enough to clarify things If I'm wrong on the generalities.

Think of it this way. If all he does is leak your nudes? If thats the only power hes got? Fuck it so what? there are MILLIONS of naked amateur girls on the internet, chances are yours will barely even be seen. You aren't (I presume) a famous person, your group of friends and family is probably no more than 200 at most. What are the actual chances anyone you know will ever actually see you? And if they do see you, what were they looking for? There will be a certain level of shame on their part as well.

Block this guy, report him to your local police and don't think about it anymore.
