Anyone else get nervous when accepting and doing dares?
It may sound silly, but my hearts been pounding out of my chest all day. Actually kind of concerning. Just weird how worked up I can be about all of it even if it's nothing too big.

Might this be caused by the feeling that you could be caught at every moment while doing the dare? If so, for some this is a thrill and like it, but it shouldn't be as thrilling as to make you concerned about it. Have you tried doing a dare when you are alone and there's no one would bother you for anything; in an empty house. So to answer your question, I don't get too nervous when accepting and doing dares.

Probably won't be as significant once I get more used to it.

Nervous, usually not too much. Worked up, oh yes
Depends a lot on what is going to happen too. I get the pounding chest and all that, but I don't think it's out of nervousness. Maybe a for of excitement?

I get a sort of similar thing when I've posted pics or gotten a really crazy dare before, somewhere between a sexual rush and a pang of nerves. I get the same with the heartbeat too. Like you said I think it gets less frequent adter a while, once you're used to stuff.

Glad to see, I'm not alone. I should say that I'm kind of a wuss when it comes to a lot of things like that, like not so much how I act, but the involuntary things like trembling during conflict. Really need to work on not getting worked up.

Oh absolutely. Especially when I've just posted something personal here, like a drawing or a blog or a chapter for my story.
For me, it's exposing that part of myself. I know this is a great place to do just that, but the nerves are there. Or maybe it's better described as a thrill. I get the same feeling when Sir tells me to get ready for a punishment or a task. I love the feeling, but sometimes it's a bit difficult to ignore while I try to work or sleep :-) It's not so very present as in the beginning though. It's become easier to deal with. I like the pink by the way ;-) Even your signature... wow!

I think that happens to all of us on here. Usually dares are meant to be exciting and different from the norm, so we usually get butterflies in our stomachs when we do them

Not so much nervous when doing dares, but actually getting started on them is really difficult for me for some reason.

I get what you're trying to do here, and I appreciate the attention, but this really isn't doing anything for me and I'd rather if you stopped.

And on topic... Being nervous i think is the Normal thing. In fact,.. i tink its a major part of the fun and excitement. Becoming feared would be bad. The line between those can be thin but its important to be aware. As my pet commented,... She is also getting nervoud when a task is ahead
