Allow the first person that messages you through kik to devise and post a personals ad on craigslist and then post a link to the ad here stating the user the add is for.

Obviously you will have to talk through locations, limits etc before the add is posted.

The person posting the add will have to use their own email address so the the person stated in the add cannot delete it, and so that they can talk to those that reply and sort out a meet

Just to make a couple of changes to this to make it a little more appealing.

Messaging could be through direct message on GD, eliminating the need for Kik.

No details of the conversations between the advert poster and those that reply to be shared with the person who the add is about - unless you wish to to.

The person who the advert is about, should expect to share their own email address so the advert poster has an alternate contact method - with the possibility of passing that email address to advert repliers on the condition that all people involved are CC'd in any emails sent so everyone knows what everyone is saying.
