Let me read to you

I periodically post a recording of a story for some of my little friends, or for other people who just like listening to a bedtime story, on my soundcloud. I love knowing that others get joy out of listening to my stories.

I always have the hardest time picking out a story to read, so I was thinking ... why not read a novel! I am wondering if anybody would be interested in listening to me read a novel. I would record one chapter a week (or at least try to keep up with that schedule).

If I get 20 people interested, I will start to read one chapter a week of a book. Please show your interest by voting in the poll.

If you want me to read something else, please feel free to give me a link to what you want read, and I will try my best to do that as well.

If I show this to my friend he get very angry. He will say thing like "It is ****ing philosopher stone not Sorceror stone, why do American need to dump down language so much?"

I personally like them both the same, maybe because I do not know the meaning of either hahaha

I honestly don't know the difference either. I just learned a few years ago that they changed the title to the American version. I think in Canada we have the Philosopher's stone as well, but I just went with the American version since that is the copy of the book that I own.

You could read any book from the Inheritance Cycle.

I suggest any book of Brandon Sanderson ! (Stormlight Archive is my fav)
it's much better than all of these u have mentioned !

Voted other -- I never turn down a chance to get someone into Stephen R. Donaldson, so I propose The Real Story. It's his shortest book.

Donaldson never writes "scared" when he could write "impelled by an atavistic dread for which the only anodyne was flight"
