Clothespins hot potato - wheeldecide replay

This is a rehash of the Hot Potato - Clothespin Edition with a hat tip to participants and contributors there. The resulting dares have been slightly edited and cleaned up. And the order is now handled by "Let the wheel decide" which can make it easier and also harder.

Dice 6 decides which dare to do. Then the wheel decide decides where to attach the clothespins and how long to wait for the next spin. The wheels are set up to remove past spins. You are finished when finished the last choice and waited for that time.
