Yes, I did it to myself but under the instruction of someone who was there with me. I'm a deeply submissive person so I am naturally inclined to follow orders from someone who I perceive as being "superior" to me.

As for the thought process is actually doing it, I'll admit there is a war inside my head between the sensible, logically parts of my brain and the submissive and masochistic parts of my brain but the sensible parts rarely win!
