Do you have any heels that are really uncomfortable/painful to wear?

If so, do you wear them often?

Why do you wear them?

Are you able to keep them on for a night?

All heels are evil and uncomfortable
So I don't wear them because forget that my feet deserve better.

Sneakers, cus I have crazy cute ones or I have some sexy cute boots. Nothing with a heel. Nicely worn in that just fit my feet like a glove.

Heels are like bras and women's pants with pockets sewn shut, pure evil. I don't even own a pair anymore and pretty much refuse to wear them since they just fuck my back up. I love how the look but prefer to admire from afar.

Yes, I have a horrible pair of cheap platform heels that I got as a (somewhat gag) present several years ago.

If so, do you wear them often?
Not at all, they are banished to some unknown box in the basement.

Why do you wear them?
I don't.

Are you able to keep them on for a night?
I'm into pain, but not that kind of pain.

Fun fact: Some suggest heels were originally invented for horseback riding and not meant to be walked in. They were a men's fashion. Eventually, middle-class women began horseback riding and wearing heels as a means of challenging patriarchal society. However, the shoes, as well as other flamboyant men's clothing at the time, developed a reputation for frivolity as women continued to encroach upon what was previously thought a male-dominated area of fashion. Thus, men's fashion took a shift toward the durable and practical while women's fashion continued onto new heights of flamboyancy. This, in addition to the increasing popularity of the automobile, led to a steep decline in the need for high heels among men.

That said, heels were almost always a symbol of class and status. Some notable proponents of high heels as a fashion statement were King Louis XIV of France, Catherine de Medici, and Mary I of England.

The moral of the story is, heels are stupid and weren't made to be walked in. No, I don't own any. XD
