I think I'd be fine with all three. At the point at which I would expose my breasts, it wouldn't be too far of a stretch to show my pussy or ass, obvoiusly in the right setting. Probably more a nightclub than a park.

As for the malfuction element, I have never had any exposed through a malfunction, although I have been both topless and in just my bra and panties.
