When I masturbate its normally somewhere private. There have been exceptions though.

In the example of a bathroom stall that AnotherGirl1 mentioned I'd still prefer to go bottomless and I've stripped down that far a couple times when I needed to get off. I take off my skirt/pants and my panties if I feel I can get away with it and hang them on the back of the door where there is often a peg or hook. Alternatively I might stick them in my bag temporarily.
