Okay here's one for the ladies, next time you are going for a night out to a bar or club.

I dare you to wear a pair of heels and not your super comfy ones. The ones you struggle to keep on for a whole night.

When you have them picked out, write "SLUT" on the soles of your feet with marker (not permanent marker) it needs to be quite visible but obviously should be easy to take off when you home as well.

Basically the idea is you either suffer the pain of wearing your heels for the whole night, slip them off from time to time and hope no one sees.

Or don't care at all, take them off completely when you aren't comfortable.
