For me, I can't think of a more embarassing/humiliating forfeit in a game than to have to remain on cam, naked and exposed, once you're cum. You're no longer horny, and so the humiliation is greater now you're naked just because you're a loser. So how about making that more uncomfortable by not letting you clean up either.

So, two players, each with a pack of cards. You guess each other's cards, red or black. One item of clothing off each time you get on wrong. The first one naked then has to jerk off for 2 minutes before the game continues. When the second player gets naked he doesn't have to do that 2 minutes of jerking - something which is beneficial for him. Once naked, each card you get wrong after results in you jerking some more. If the card you get wrong is a 2-9, then you jerk off slowly. If the card you get wrong is a 10, picture card or Ace, then you have to jerk off quickly. The time for each one wrong is 20 seconds.

The game is lost when one player cums. At this point, the other player gets dressed and, well, basically gloats. There is then another card for the guy who has just cum. Red or black. If he gets it wrong, then he must take the cum and spread it over his chest. If he gets it right, he can leave it where it landed. He must not clean up. The number of the card he has just got right or wrong is important as it relates to how many minutes he must sit there. So a ten or picture is equal to ten minutes, a 9 is 9 minutes etc. An ace is fifteen minutes. There is then one final red or black card. If it's guessed correct, then the time stands. If it's wrong, it's doubled.

During that time the winner - now fully clothed - can bombard the loser with as many truth questions as he wishes in an effort to humiliate him even more. An alternative to the truths is to go through more cards during this time and the loser who has just cum has to jerk off each time he gets one wrong, as painful as that might be.
