Well let's start easy. Get a women's one-piece suit and wear that to the pool or beach. Stay there for at least half an hour, in view of others. You can swim or you can lounge poolside or on the shore.

Wear a two piece bathing suit under your clothes as you go about your daily routine. Pink is preferable, but any color will do.
