Onlytime ever is when we go to events that may require being properly dressed...otherwise its not only no bra but at times very obvious

i have gone with out a bra quite a few times not always the most comfortable thing but sometimes i barely notice not having it and the few times i wore a dress that made a bra look to weird or obvious i have used breast tape instead of a bra

If I have a hoodie on and am just doing a quick run somewhere I won't wear a bra. Usually it happens after having been at work. I get home and take off my bra which then once in awhile leads to me going to the store with no bra.

To raise money and awareness for Coppafeel in the UK I went an entire week without a bra - both inside and outside of my flat. I didn't change anything about my day to day routine. I still went to uni every day, or to the school I was doing placement in. I still went to dance and out shopping.

It was a nerve wracking experience because in some situations people knew what I was doing (uni, dance, school) which meant that occasionally I would catch their eyes on my chest. But it was also helpful as occasionally people would point out that too much was on display - especially at the school.

On the other hand it was also nerve wracking because I was worried random strangers would notice.

Yah but only when I forget to do laundry xd. It's not so difficult to hide just gotta wear a baggy sweater etc.
