Yes I've peed in my underwear/clothes. The first time I ever did it as an adult was an accident, first off, I have a small bladder. I like to test people's limits, so honestly I can go on and on without stopping. I do feel somewhat bad for not letting them cum after over a month though (no cum at all, not even ruined orgasms), but if they're comfortable with it then I will go with it.
