I may be wrong but I believe that it is illegal to film someone without their consent & to post it on the web (does anyone knows for sure, btw?) . And I know for sure that you could be sued over it if the person finds out. Be very careful with this!

Your right. It's illegal to do anything without consent. And to do a video of them showering/nude is even worse.

I think the phrase "See you in court" would be banded about quite a bit....So don't do it!

A lot of things are illegal, but they're still suggested as dares.

I wouldn't say there's a lot of dares proposed that are illegal, at least here on this site. I've seen only a few since I've registered. But the thing about this particular dare here is that it involves an unconsenting person. I think dares & such are fun when all the people involved are aware of what is going on. Just my opinion...

I agree... If you're using an unconsenting person, I much resent that... It goes again the "rack" saying... "Risk-aware, consensual kink."

Taking pics of unconsenting people AND sending it to others is just cruel and sick/imo....

Yeah, this dare strikes me as a bad idea. Allowing the reverse to happen, though, where you are filmed in a state of undress, might be interesting. In any case, this crosses the line because the victims are not willing participants.

Not even for bathroom duties, and to cut a little hole for 'nr 2' as I couldnt remove them . It was strange.
