You're only allowed one Incubator to do so.

Go play for an hour. You must try and capture anything that appears. For each pokeball you miss with, you must edge after the hour is up. If a pokemon pops out of a ball, that is 3 edges. If a pokemon runs away, you must locate a hidden spot wherever you are at, and edge there immediately.

Plan a walk where you know you will encounter plenty of Pokemon. Wait until you have a very full bladder and then head out on that walk. Try to capture every one you see. Keep track of every time you miss with a pokeball or the Pokemon escapes. As soon as that number reaches 10, you may no longer hold your bladder.

For more unpredictability, if a Pokemon runs away on you before you reach 10 in the scenario above, that's when you may no longer hold your bladder.
