I recently came across a very interesting item: transfer foils for temporary tattoos. They can be bought via amazon and can be printed with an ink jet or a laser printer. You can transfer any motive easily onto your skin with a bit of water and they last a couple of days.

Perfect for a night out with friends and getting drunk. I'll just have to make sure to take some "nice" temporary tattoos with me to put on them without them noticing until the next morning.
