Help me forget about being in denial by hurting my breasts

Hey everyone. I have been a good girl these last 10 days and not had any orgasms. I do however have a slight problem. I haven't been able to actually follow my rules for while I am in denial due to getting in a car accident last weekend and breaking my leg. So I've spent the last week just kind of recovering.
