If you want to have it extra difficult, and if it doesn't violate your public limit, tie yourself to a chair outside. You might not be able to depending on your home layout. I can be outside but still not visible to anyone at my house.

Make an enema mix in ginger paste and hold it for 10 minutes

If you leak give your self a nother enema but with more ginger pare in it this time so if you leak it gets harder and harder if you can't stand the pain and realse is finger of ginger pasted and finger deep in your ass as punishment

Enema time!

Get what you think is a large enema, then add 250ml(half a bottle of water) to it.

You must then tape your legs together trying to focus on holding your enema.

Once done you may use the toilet but good luck getting to the bathroom, Oh did I mention that you must do the enema in a different room than your bathroom :P
