Blowing Smoke Up Your Ass
I read an article which claims that in the Late 1700s* they would use Tobacco Enemas to resuscitate people (particularly for drowning. Not interested in whether it is true or not but I'm inclined to believe it because they did some weird shit back in the day. If anyone does know I'd be interested to find out. Now obviously tobacco is dangerous but I'm sure there are safe alternatives out there.
There is actually a question here. Have you ever received a smoke enema? If not, would you like to try it? If you have, tell us about it! If you would like to, tell us why!

supposedly it will bring you back to life, but in reality it doesn't
probably worth a quick search on youtube to see if you can find the clip

I didn't even know they existed until this thread If not, would you like to try it? I don't even do water enemas, so I doubt i'm going to do a smoke enema

That's correct. Well that's the point, they thought it would dry out the water that got in but that is just ludicrous :P
