when my wife will wear stuff she will do a string bikini top with supershort shorts. suffficent enough that its easy to pull the strings.
She is ample enough that the string bikini may not contain stuff..

Funnily enough i find the micro bikini more overtly sexual than full nudity. They draw attention to what they (barely) cover.
Naked in a beach might just be 'i'm comfortable in my skin.' An extreme bikini, however, seems more of an invitation to look.
