I'm trying this right now. Hopefully I won't piss all over myself.

Edit: I've been holding it now for over thirty minutes, and I feel that this isn't long enough. I'm going to go longer.

Edit: I made it. I didn't think it was too challenging, but it was enjoyable!

I found this rather intruiging.
