one cycle is 50 seconds masturbation (nonstop)+ 10 seconds stop.

keep some piss in your mounth, drink it 5 seconds before cumming.
if you don't cum in the 5 seconds after drinking the piss you have to put one clothespin on each of your nipples and pull them completely N times (ok both for men and women). You are allowed to masturbate only Nx5 seconds and the time includes the orgasm. So for example if you pull them 10 times you can touch yourself only for 50 seconds and if you cum after 47 seconds you can only enjoy your orgasm for 3 seconds. If you can't cum in those 50 seconds you can pull clothespins again N times and you are allowed to masturbate N×3 seconds.
