Its a crawl, walk, run type of progression. For me it mostly boils down to attentiveness and outlook. More motivation to get stuff done, happier to do it, and of course the fact that I'm constantly thirsty. There's actually some pretty impressive information out there on how long term (or at least prolonged) orgasm denial effects a male. Not just psychologically, but on a neurochemical level.
