Here is what I did. I put 1 Ice cube into my underwear until it melted. (I inserted all the ice cubes through the front, and was sitting down while they melted) The first one wasn’t that bad. Now, since I was running out of time, I just put in six ice cubes. Three down the front; two up the butt, and one by the butt.
