I have had both CFNM and CMNM experiences. Although I'm straight, I enjoy both as it really punches my exhibitionist buttons. The relative vulnerability and heightened sense of exposure from being naked with a clothed person is a real turn-on for me.

I've done both CMNF and CFNM. They're both a lot of fun, and how my friends and I will pass the time at parties. I just did some CMNF this week, actually.
