You and Lucy voting on opposite sides in the final minute actually changed the outcome.

Tiebreaker is that I win even numbered ties, and Nina wins odd numbered ties. So if you and Lucy didn't vote, Nina would win the 83-83 tie. Instead, I'm winning the 84-84 tie.
