Oviposition and extreme sensitivity are two of mine.

For oviposition I just like the idea of something laying eggs into someone. I think it defiantly deserves more love because of how unique it is.

For the extreme sensitivity I just like the thought of having someone to sensitive that even if they brushed against something to hard they could cum. I don't like the extreme sensitivty quite as much so I'm ok with it's current popularity.

It honestly doesn't work to good in real life but there's plenty of hentai and stories out there. The toys for it require you to manually push the egg up the tube yourself to the eggs don't get very deep.
