Its not dissimilar from one I gave earlier in the thread though better worded and not limited to nipples :P. I was trying to work out how to do it and it was just too tempting to take the easy rout. So I got 20 pegs and put them all on my left hand for 5 mins. I do feel a little bad for making it simple but it was too tempting :P
