You must Go to the shop purchase either Fresh ginger root or Q-tips and Horse Raddish Sauce or Spicy sauce of your choice either carve a sound out off the ginger or dip the q-tip in the horse radish/Tobascco sauce/English Mustard and shove it down your Urethra for 5 minutes

You can onyl use water as lube for the ginger or the sauce with the q-tip have fun
