I have a university deadline next week, and I am using Cold Turkey to block access to social media for some parts of the day to make sure I actually do work... Should I increase the time I block? I have blocked the 10.00-12.00, 14.30-17.00, 19.00-21.00 and 22.00-00.00 timeperiods already.

Is there anything else I can do to motivate me to do schoolwork?
