Unrealistic, since guys have to change their underwear daily, otherwise they would have to change trousers every day, if they don't wear underwear and wash 7 of them a week + the rest of the clothes. Not a chance a guy of a sane mind would do it.

This will not be a problem for me as I am nearly always nude and when clothed never wear under wear and now the hot weather has arrived my very short cutdown shorts have come out so will be wearing them most of the time which leaves little to the imagination if I bend , sit down or get a boner love them.
