I read up on Scorpio from the link I provided in my first post. I would have to say my favorite part of the whole thing would be "for them, union with the beloved is a sacrament, an "outward and visible sign of an inward and spiritual grace." Their overriding urge in loving is to use their power to penetrate beyond themselves and to lose themselves sexually in their partners in an almost mystical ecstasy, thus discovering the meaning of that union which is greater than individuality, and is a marriage of the spirit as well as of flesh. I read up a little on the dog and some of my favorite parts were "Born with a good nature, Dogs do not tend to be criminals or seek dishonest gain. They just need a quiet life and a good family, and thus forget the ugliness and evil on earth.

Dog people are honest, faithful and sincere. They respect tradition and value honor, and enjoy helping people. The Dog is very righteous, and always is the first to speak out against injustice.

"Dog people are not good at socialising with friends, and they rarely shine in company, but they are intelligent, caring and a good listener. Loyal, faithful and honest, they have the most profound sense of duty. You can count on them and they'll never let you down. And as a good listener, the Dog is also very reliable in keeping secrets for others. They simply don't like to gossip."

I have found (with actual dogs) even though there's limited communication I can feel their exemplary loving nature, and I learn to communicate without words more easily with them because of that and their other supportive characteristics.

I also read something that was a little funny.

"Dogs are born old and get younger as they age. They take everything very serious. You may hear the Dog complains a lot about street lamps, about traffic, or about weather, but as they get older, the less they take their own criticism seriously."

Wow, I'm going to spend time with my parents on Father's Day too. Maybe we'll go to one of their favorite restaurants and I'll write him something heartfelt on a nice card.

I have also chekced Chinese one: year suggest Monkey, month Rat and day Rooster. Don't know what that means.

My brother is Cancer. Being on the other side of the wheel makes sense.

I was born near a cusp. Near Leo.

My Mom says I'm not like the typical Cancer in that I'm more kind and not stingy. She was just comparing me to a longtime friend if hers that is one too, so it's not necessarily accurate about typical Cancers. I don't like comparing people to others when everyone's unique. I like to relate stories good-heartedly.

Like I have previously stated, the specifics create the different facets of our birth chart not unlike the Chinese day month and year thing you brought up.

Also, my brother's new girlfriend is an Aries. I just met her this past father's day. She has long pinkish hair, is outdoorsy, and vegan.

I am double fire then! 1996 and an Aries. Also I personally think you can be Atheist and Spiritual depending on how you think of the two terms. Right not I would describe myself as Atheist because I don't think I believe in a God. I personally don't know how to think except for the fact that I have more learning that I need to do and everyone's opinion should be learned and respected as long it is given respectfully and kindly. I do think of myself as spiritual at times though because I do believe in faith and other things. To me spirituality is being grounded and a nice person through our beliefs on humanity, nature, and other things. I personally think meditation is a great tool in out toolboxes. Anyways. Thank you for the information about the elements. I would have thought I was Earth, but fire is really cool too. I have always been a little fire bug.

Yes, I can see how an atheist can be spiritual too. I just felt with him that is something I had to make sure I didn't naturally talk about because I felt like it made him feel uncomfortable. He didn't have to censor anything with me. He realized he was gay when I was openly bi in high school. He had a girlfriend at the time and my openness helped him realize that. He also went through a gothic phase (leaning toward the shock factor) that happened a year after I met him also. I've had my own phases too, but even if I hadn't, I'm open minded and accepting. I can usually see different sides. I try to be understanding. Though I have less experience than most, few things shock me.

Yeah, I believe everyone has their own path. As long as we respect each other, we're fine.

I myself have collected beliefs which change as I grow. I add what feels right to me, but if I find out what something I believed was wrong or no longer applies well, then I let l it go. I adapt as needed.

I like to take responsibility for myself, admit when I was wrong, and say sorry when it's due.

I want to get into meditation and yoga more too, along with many other things.

My birthday is in the middle of next month. I will turn 32.

Strong, dependable, loyal, thinks more about stability and security, can be quick to anger at times (temper like a bull), and yes ~ can be stubborn sometimes.

Also my brother's former best friend (who also became a good friend of the entire family) is one too. She's very intelligent, frank, caring, understanding, loads of fun, has good sense, athletic, etc. She runs a lot. She's hyperactive, so it's a good outlet so she won't be restless.

My older brother and her went their separate ways because of a difficult on and off relationship my brother was having with a woman. She gave him enough chances, but it started to seriously include her and she didn't want any part of it. I can't blame her.

I wish she was still in my life as my best friend. I was stressed one time, and she got me out of my element, out of my environment, and took me on a surprise spur of the moment trip out of town to Cape Hatteras. That's one if the coolest things anyone has ever done for me. We ended up eating at an Asian place in NC and ended up going to Corolla instead because there was a visible impending storm coming from the other direction. We had time to take a few pictures, walk in the water for a little, and then it started raining salty water. I collected some cool unusual shells which I ended up giving to her because she liked them. We made an exercise of the run back. We made it out in time before the roads got too flooded to cross. She had an Element. It was so funny, outside the windows the storm looked pretty fierce, but inside you couldn't hear a thing. Awesome.

I've also went shopping with her, and she's hung out with my parents and I too.

She's listened to me talk and has given me great advice. I felt like she was the older sister I never had, but always wanted.

She lives in a city a few hours away from me.

Maybe I still will send a goodbye message for closure. She's one of the coolest people I've met. She deserves that.

It's only one animal based on the year you were born. If you really want to know, I'm sure you could find it on another website.

You could also google Pisces-(insert other sign here) cusp and see what descriptions are provided should you wish to as well.
