Would you consider yourself to be someone who is buff/fit?

If you don't know what that means, it basically means you're in shape

If you are, do you think it helps you feel more comfortable nude?

Yes. Not sure if it makes it more comfortable though. It is what it is, no body shaming.

Well yes, I don't intend either

There are people with bodies that wouldn't considered typically attractive (although beauty is in the eye of the beholder) who are really confident being nude

I consider myself to befit! I do need more work to feel fully comfortable naked but it does help
