Training methods:

Daily task system: The best way to explain it is an example:
Your goal will be to get points and you can get them by doing tasks. For each task you can get 3 points/ Each week you will have to get 2 more points then half amount of points that you could get for example during next i will give you 4 task so you can get 12points ( 4x3=12) so you need to get 2 points then half it means you need 8 points. If you get 8 points or more then you get reward if you get less points you will be punshed. And now you will have to proof that you did your tasks by sending me report or/and picture prove (with pictures i can wait like with cam but i will not wait for ever). And here is how i will give you points:
•1 point for quality of proofs ( reports with more then 8 deatails and/or good picture or some report depends, you will have to proof that you did task execly as i said)
•1 point for sending me proofs ( 3-6 details in report etc.)
•1 point for sending proofs on time
If you don't send report in next 24hours you lose point for a time but you still can get 2 points. How ever if you don't report in next 12 hours you get punished and you wont recive any points, also you still need to do and report this task in next 24 hours. If not punishment will be doubled.

Cam sessions: It's also very important. There is no need to start with cam right from the beginning but i will not wait forever, so if you don't want to cam then please don't reply. Also i have to remind that i will not show myself on cam so if you don't like it than we are not good match and please do not complain about that. You also don't need to show me your face from start but you need to do it sooner or later when i earn your trust, but again i will not wait for ever .
