Non Pain Punishments?

Hey! Im looking for some punishments that wont be too painful, mainly just very uncomfortable. A small bit of pain i might do, but we'll see. (I'm new to requesting dares, so go easy on me) I'm kind of looking for uncomfortable positions or stuff like that, but I'll try anything that isnt in my limits.

I live with family so i cant do things that involve walking around the house.
Limits: Public, cum play, edging, toys.

How about this?

Dump a cup or two of uncooked rice on the ground in front of the toilet. Get naked and kneel with your head in the toilet and your knees on the rice for 30 minutes. You can stroke and edge as you please, but if you cum you must stay like this for an hour and ruin your orgasm.

i cant really do this because me getting rice would be a bit suspicious but when i eventually move out i could try this, ill write it down somewhere. Thanks!
