Issue posting AD

Hey guys, every time I try to add an advert in the slave master forums I get the following error:

You must wait 30 days between each new Slave/Master advertisment posting. Feel free to update your old thread with new information (via a reply) but be aware that bumping your old Slave/Master posts with no new significant information can result in a probation or ban.

However I haven't posted anything in there before.
